Spray painting with HVLP, Air Assisted & ConventionalIn many situations painting will be required after Blast cleaning, we can offer this facility. Our painting service extends to wood treatments and brickwork sealing, we can also arrange powder coating and metal spraying. Boat Antifouling removal We can clean boat hulls of old and flakey antifouling. Welding repairs We have no plans to become involved in structural steelwork or fabrication. However when blasting steel railings, gates and fire escapes etc, especially when near the coast we often see the need for basic steel repairs. We offer to replace treads and carry out non structural repairs. This avoids the need to bring in other tradesmen and will usually save the customer time and money. Power washing, Slurry blasting, High pressure water blastingWe often look at jobs and then realise that power washing - Slurry Blasting is more appropriate than blast cleaning. Using water, with a medium or without a detergent, power washing and slurry blasting will clean paths, patios and driveways etc. This method can also be used to clean Boats and buildings, more or less anything in fact. Charged by the half day and having all the kit we need on our mobile lorry set-ups systems, we can be cost effective and 'hassle free'. Removing Anti foul from the bottom of boats is usually a difficult and time-consuming job. However, it needs to be done periodically and we cater for this demand. Our method uses a combination of fine abrasive with water injection and low-pressure air. Coupled with care and experience this process will quickly and safely remove single or multiple layers of anti foul, without damaging the boats' gel coat or structure. The exposed surface is then ready for inspection and further work. If required we can apply the new anti foul or other coatings as required. This process is environmentally friendly and uses no chemicals. Situated in Hampshire we are well placed to service boatyards and marinas along the South Coast.
RestorationWe also provide small restoration services. Blast cleaning, Spray painting etc can all be brought together to enable us to perform suitable restoration skills to a wide variety of projects.

It is very important to prime metal surfaces the same day as blasting, otherwise rust will set in very quickly. We can also apply topcoats using any grade of paint. Depending on requirements we use airless - Air assisted - or conventional for spraying, brush or roller.
